Everybody Dance Festival. For primary and secondary schools, through to pre vocational colleges and community dance groups.
The festival is committed to championing the power of dance by putting the art form in the sportlight. We are passionate about dance in schools, through the curriculum or enrichment programmes, so young people can start developing a love for movement and creativity that lasts a lifetime. The festival celebrates that, through each group sharing a dance piece they have created with their teacher or dance artists in a celebratory performance.
On the day young people can also experience workshops in various dance styles and watch professional performances, inspiring the next generation of choreographers, artists and audiences of the future.
The Everybody Dance Festival - is for EVERYONE. We aim to challenge what dance can be, and who gets to be part of it. We will immerse you in all things dance.
